The Gedeo zone, a subregion of Yirgacheffe, who comprises about 7,000 farmers, is one of the best producing area of Ethiopia. The predominant flavour of this coffee are berrylike, raspberry, blueberry jam, citrus and heavy note of dark chocolat. It make a superb espresso with a heavy body, syrupy mouthfeel, sweet and well balanced.
